Who is selling

This site is operated by Sajesh V S (Vellaramkalayil Sukumaran Sajesh), an individual seller in Kannur, Kerala, India. Contact: v.s.sajesh@gmail.com.

What is sold

Digital subscriptions only — nothing ships. A licence opens, in this browser and for the length of the subscription: the complete online book, the studio, and file exports according to the tier purchased. The free tier — Part I of the book, the source index, the library and the colour evidence — needs no account and no payment.

The licences

Practitioner is a personal licence: the files it produces are for your own use, study, printing and worship, not for resale. Workshop adds a commercial licence: you may make and sell physical objects produced from its exports — prints, engravings, carvings, castings. Neither licence transfers copyright in the software, the book, or the engine's output formats; both licences survive for artefacts made while the subscription was active.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. Recurring charges are handled by our payment processor — card details never touch this site's servers.

Honesty clauses

The geometry is presented as geometry. This site makes no claims about spiritual, medical or material effects of any figure, and no such claim is part of what is sold. Colour and material records are presented as attestations of sources, not as prescriptions. The engine's residuals are published so that every figure can be checked; if you find an error, write, and it will be fixed and credited.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, sublicense or republish the book's text or the platform's access itself; do not attempt to circumvent the licence checks; do not use the API access of the Institution tier beyond its arrangement. Accounts abusing these terms may be cancelled with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Liability

The service is provided as described, and care is taken that it is exact — but it is provided without warranty beyond what consumer law requires. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes belong to the courts of Kerala.
